Accounting Request: Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your account. You may also request a ledger history to be faxed or mailed to you. Requests should be made in writing and mailed or submitted via email. Be sure to include your community name, the property owner's name, address and lot number. We will make every effort to respond promptly.

Maintenance Request: If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please call us immediately. You may also contact us to arrange for a maintenance inspection or work order via telephone or email.

Community Documents: AS&A serves as the custodian of records for your community. Governing documents may include your CC&R's, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Architectural Guidelines. If your community documents are not online, feel free to contact us to request a copy.
